1. Appointments & Bookings
- Advance bookings are recommended to ensure your preferred time and service.
- Appointments can be made via phone, website, WhatsApp, or in person.
- Walk-ins are welcome based on therapist and room availability.
2. Check-In Policy
- Please arrive at least 10–15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and consultation.
- Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time without any reduction in price.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 4 hours in advance.
- No-shows or late cancellations may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
- Refunds will not be provided for same-day cancellations, no-shows, or partially used services.
4. Health & Safety
- Guests are required to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to treatment.
- Certain treatments may not be suitable for guests with specific health concerns. Please consult your doctor beforehand if necessary.
- The Ocean Spa maintains strict hygiene and sanitization standards for client safety.
5. Age Restrictions
- Guests must be 18 years or older to receive body massage services.
- Minors (under 18) must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and may only receive specific services with parental consent.
6. Therapist Selection
- While we do our best to accommodate therapist preferences, it may not always be possible during peak hours.
- Requests for male/female therapists should be made in advance.
7. Behavior Policy
- Respectful behavior towards spa staff and fellow clients is mandatory.
- Any inappropriate behavior or harassment will lead to immediate termination of the session and may be reported to authorities.
- The Ocean Spa is a professional wellness center and does not offer any illicit or adult services.
8. Valuables
- Please avoid bringing valuables to the spa.
- The Ocean Spa is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
9. Payment Policy
- Payments can be made via cash, credit/debit card, UPI, or digital wallets.
- All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise.
10. Gift Vouchers & Packages
- Gift cards and spa packages are valid for a specific period and non-refundable.
- Lost or expired vouchers will not be reissued or extended.
11. Right to Refuse Service
- The Ocean Spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior, being under the influence, or posing a safety risk.
12. Privacy Policy
- All client information is kept strictly confidential and is used solely to enhance your spa experience.
